Zendesk overview.

Log in to Zendesk from the below URL

http://support.daymoninteractions.com/home

Before you log in you can see the below Home Page

Click on Login in the top right.

Once you click on LogIn you can see the below screen.

Put in your details as requested and click in Sign in.

You can see the Summary Page here.

We can see try new Zendesk tab on the upper right hand side corner, once you click on that it will take us to the home page.

Under update your tickets-

You can see at the extreme left the high comments and response from the end users.

Overview of all tickets assigned to a particular agent, they can be filtered by priority, subject, requester, requester update.

If you click on the Play button it will starts you to work the tickets from top to bottom.

On the top you can see the open tickets counts assigned to you

Here you can see all the open tickets assigned to you.
