Advantage users are reporting that they get “Server Error” or “This is not a secured connection when they click on SAS Prod App on their iPads. They WiFi is connected and the Zscaler shows as connected as well. The date and time are also correct.
Check Zscaler for status. Usually when it says “server error” or “not a secured connection” it means Zscaler has been logged off.
Log into Zscaler with ASM credentials. After signing in, check the Service Status (must be ON).
Press the SAS Prod app and it should show up.
