You have enough product to start your event, but sell out and there is still time left and there is no substitute listed on the cart sheet.

  1. Leads will record the time the product ran out in the event recap and direct the SA/BA to spend the balance of the shift organizing the back room or cleaning carts or covering breaks of other events.
  2. Leads will send an email to their designated scheduler with the SA/BA name and the time spent cleaning, organizing.
