How do I transfer a document from an email to an Issue?

  1. Open the document from the email
  2. Click on Windows Icon on the bottom left corner of your screen
  3. Click on Snipping Tool
  4. Capture the screenshot of document you want to attach to the Issue
  5. Click on File->Save As in the screen shot
  6. Select the folder you want to save the document in
  7. Enter a file name for the document
  8. Click Save
  9. Go to the Issue in the Event System
  10. Click on Select next to Associated Files
  11. Navigate to the saved document
  12. Click on Open
  13. Add additional Notes
  14. Click on Save
  15. Here’s an example of an attached document to an Issue:
