Sales Advisor forgets to Check In / Out of the Tablet
A common issue that often occurs is when a Sales Advisor forgets to check in and out of the tablet when working an Event or Non-Event Time. This will cause a Variance in Hours on the bottom of the EDDR.
If a Sales Advisor forgets to check in and out of the tablet, you can manually enter the SA’s times in the Event Recap on the tablet. Here are the steps to fix this:
1. Go to Event Recap on tablet for Event with SA and enter a Check In / Check Out time.
2. In the Manager’s Notes section, type: “EM manually entered in the Sales Advisors hours because SA forgot to Check In / Check Out.”
3. Scroll to bottom and tap Save.
If they worked Non-Event Time and not an Event, a paper DDR with the SA’s hours is required to be sent to the Billing Team in order to properly document the missing hours. Enter a note under Hours on the bottom of the EDDR in order to bulk approve.
