How do you Assign the Same SA to Two Events?

 

If you need to schedule a Sales Advisor for two different Events on the same day, here are the steps to complete this procedure:

 

1. In the Event System, click on Staffing > Schedule Employees.

2. Enter your Division, Store (Warehouse) Number, Start and End Date Range and click View.

3. Click on the Number listed to the right of Total Events.

4. Click on the Assign button to the left of the Sales Advisor you want to assign to the Event.

5. Click on the pull down menu to the right of the Event you want to assign and select Confirmed.

6. Click on Advanced Search at the bottom left corner of the Available Employees page.

7. Enter the Sales Advisor’s First and Last Name, Store (Warehouse) Number, and click Filter.

8. Click the Assign button to the left of the Sales Advisor you wish to assign.

9. Click on the pull down menu to the right of the Event you want to assign and select Confirmed.

10. When the procedure is complete, you will see the Sales Advisor listed to the right of the two scheduled Events, with Confirmed listed as the Status to the right of the Sales Advisor’s name.
