Volt App Network Error Issue

Summary

When logging into the Volt App on iPad user receives a network error. 

Follow both sets of instructions below and then open Volt app.  You should only have to do this once.

(CHECK ZSCALER APP)

*Open 00-Supported

*Open ZScaler App

*Make Sure your Logged-into Zscaler

 (Advantage User Name/Password)

*If logged in go to next step

 

(RESET CONNECTION)

*Double Tap Home Screen

*Swipe up to close all open Apps

*Go to 02-Tools

*Open Settings

*Turn Airplane Mode on (Green Switch)

*Hold iPad power down (Shut Down iPad)

*Once powered Down - Power Back Up

*Re-Open Setting

*Turn Airplane Mode Off (White Switch)

 

Open Volt App & Log in
