iPad is not able to access Volt.
- Ask the user to check Advantage iPad for Zscaler in folder titled “00-SUPPORTED”
2. Login with ASM credentials
3. Zscaler must be turned on under header “Service Status”
4.Retry Volt application or web portal
5. If using the web portal ensure that they are accessing via Chrome or Safari, but try to use the Volt application.
6. Escalate to SAS Level 2 support if not resolved.
