This article lists the steps to follow for GAMS Retail Check In / Out Issue

If the user is unable to check in to their shift in GAMS Retail: 

  1. Verify the web address: : http://edatainvention.com/GAMS_SAS/mobii_dev6/ 

 

  1. GAMS Retail credentials will always be the user’s merchant ID and first name initial and last name initial followed by the last 4 of the SSN. 

 

  1. If GAMS Retail is stuck, location tracking for the web browser must be enabled.  This can be done by clicking on the target logo to the right of the web address and allowing Location Tracking, or you can go into Settings>Advanced>Content Settings>Location within Chrome to enable.
