Windows Uninstall Legacy Network Connect - VPN - DAY




This article contains the process for uninstalling Legacy Network Connect on a Windows computer. 


1. Remote into the user's computer.

2. Open Control Panel > Programs and Features > right click on Juniper Networks Network Connect 7.1.0 > Uninstall/Change 

  • If Network Connect is in use you will receive this message. If that’s the case, go to the system tray (bottom-right corner of your screen), right-click on the Network Connect icon >Sign Out.

a. Go back to Control Panel and click the Uninstall/Change again and this time, the uninstall process will succeed.
