This article contains the process for lost/stolen equipment. 

 Details 

Attention: For all stolen items a police report must be filed out prior to requesting new Hardware. 

  1. The requester must fill out a new request for new hardware through It Request Portal. https://register.daymon.com/informationtechnology/ITServices/ITRequestPortal.html 
  2. Send an email to assetredistribution@daymon.com with the following template filled out and put into the body of the email. For stolen hardware please attach the police report to the email. 
  • Subject Line: {insert Service tag # here} No Longer an Asset 
    Service Tag #: {insert Service tag # here} 
    Old user it was assigned to: {insert User name here} 
    Old BU#: {insert Business Unit Number here} 
    Model #: {insert computer model number here} 
    Notes: {insert reason this needs to be removed from inventory}
