SAS Scanner not working




If the paired Keybatch/OPN2004 Scanner stops working 


  1. Unplug the scanner from the tablet if connected. 
  2. Reset the scanner by pressing the smaller square button underneath the bigger rectangular button for 10 seconds.   
  3. If the keyboard input function for the scanner still is not working you will need to scan the images below from left to right to re-enable it: 

     4. If the scanner still does not function after troubleshooting, escalate to Level 2
