Unable to Search for Course - Daymon University - DAY

 Symptoms 

The end user is unable to search for a course. There is nothing returning or the end user is getting too many results. 

 Resolution 

  1. Verify the user's browser. The following browsers are preferred:
  • Internet Explorer 8 or higher 
  • Firefox 3.5 or higher 
  • Chrome 
     
  1. Have the end user use specific information or part of the information with a % (wild card).
  • If the user is entering a course number, make sure to use a space between Alpha and Numeric or use the catalog search.
