Symptoms 

The end user is having issues with classes or videos loading.  

 

Resolution 

  1. Verify the user's browser.

*NOTE: IE10 may not be compatible with some Flash Players that are downloaded.  

  • Windows users should use IE11, Firefox, or Chrome. 
     
     
  • MAC users should use Safari. 
  1. Perform basic troubleshooting.
  • If the issue continues, escalate ticket to DAY Daymon University.
