Java Spinning Wheel - Business Objects - DAY

 Symptoms 

The user is getting a spinning wheel (Java Wheel) when trying to open Business Objects.  

 Resolution 

  1. Access the customer's environmentvia Skype or Goto Assist 

     2. Remote to user's machine and have them open the BO Webi.  

  1. Go to Preferences
  2. Change default view to theuser'smain folder they use, (e.g. Daymon Connect 
  3. Change number of objects to view to 100 so they don't have to page when there are more than 10 objects in a folder.
  4. Change Web Intelligence setting for default view and default creation/editing tool to Interactive.
