The user is getting a spinning wheel (Java Wheel) when trying to open Business Objects.
- Access the customer's environmentvia Skype or Goto Assist
2. Remote to user's machine and have them open the BO Webi.
- Go to Preferences
- Change default view to theuser'smain folder they use, (e.g. Daymon Connect
- Change number of objects to view to 100 so they don't have to page when there are more than 10 objects in a folder.
- Change Web Intelligence setting for default view and default creation/editing tool to Interactive.
