This article contains the provisioning process for SCBMS.

Details

The request must be submitted via the IT Request (KiSSFLOW) system.

1. Via remote desktop, connect to and log into the DAY-smspw01 or DAY-smspw02 server and open Active Directory.

2. Find the user and add the user to one of the following Citrix security groups:

a. grpXenApp_SCBMS

3. Add the user to the group grpSCBMSUsers .

4. Escalate ticket to Daymon SCBMS Support.

Note: May need to create new ticket to dispatch to Daymon SCBMS Support if this is part of a New user Request.
